Mike, his supervisor, Lucio, and their crew were always on time - efficient - hardworking - and kept to their schedule with the project. My husband and I are so happy with the results that Mike and his team are scheduled to do our driveway, sidewalk, and lawn replacement in the near future. Mike (and Lucio) gave us great suggestions and guidance but were also open to suggestions. We work well as a team together, and had a great time! I am a retired Project Manager that worked for the County of Orange. Over seeing project for $1,000 to multi million construction projects (3.9) across the County. I can honestly say that Schumacher Masonry was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with period. They brought my project in on budget and a ahead of schedule. The work was meticulous and the crew was incredibly professional. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring masonry work.
We cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. Their hardscape, stucco and tile work is incredible. Their work site is very clean and organized even in the midst of demo. They redid all our drainage, ran conduit for electrical and piping for plumbing, poured new concrete, in addition to building a custom bbq and transforming existing fireplace. And they did it all in about a month. Highly recommend them!
